The Spanish Alco - 25th Anniversary Special

Join us for our annual special charter train in Spain. All by private charter carriages from the 1960s with opening windows. Hauled by class 316 and 321 Alco diesel locomotives. Iberian gauge railways in Spain are in a precarious position with some reduced to freight-only operation and others under threat from new high speed lines and services. Now is definitely the time to travel these historic railways, some of which offer spectacular scenery and magnificent railway infrastructure. This is very much a one off railtour, never to be repeated, and should be one the greatest railtours ever run in Southern Europe covering nearly 2000 miles.
